Ground Rules


1. Organise meetings through emails, and ensure meeting times are agreed by all group members.
2. Before each meeting, ensure that agenda is sent to group members.
3. Meetings will take place two – three times a week.
4. If any member is unable to attend the meeting, ensure group members are informed.
5. Ensure version numbers are used constantly so that all team members will be working on the latest piece of work.
6. Communicate any changes made to any version of work.
7. Ensure every group member experiences different role for each iteration.
8. Contribute equally to group work by allowing group members to share their own opinions.
9. Use credible and trusted sources when collecting data.
10. Motivate and encourage all group members to complete tasks.
11. Ensure disagreements are analysed and resolved fairly.
12. Provide positive solutions for any negative feedback, if given.
